The review of the prosecution is usually carried out by the filing division of the court. The people's court shall, after receiving the plaintiff's prosecution, conduct a timely examination according to law. The review should be carried out from two aspects: first, whether the plaintiff's prosecution meets the positive conditions (the conditions stipulated in Article 1 19 of the Civil Procedure Law) and the negative conditions, and those that meet the conditions should be accepted, otherwise they will not be accepted. Secondly, it is necessary to examine whether the prosecution procedure of the plaintiff is complete, including whether the complaint has legal content and whether the plaintiff has submitted a copy of the complaint according to the number of defendants. If the contents of the indictment are insufficient and the prosecution procedure is incomplete, the people's court shall make corrections within a time limit.
