The reason why I received the bank message was not my card number, but that my bank card was locked. The reasons are as follows:

2. The court is frozen. If users are involved in economic or civil cases and need to freeze their accounts, they may be frozen by the court. In this case, if the bank card is frozen, it will not be unfrozen until the court informs them.

3. It's been useless for a long time. If the bank card is not used for a long time, it will also be temporarily locked by the bank.
