Send text message on Redmi 2 phone, but the other party cannot receive it

If the phone cannot receive SMS/MMS messages and prompts that the memory is insufficient, it is recommended that you clear the memory of the phone as follows:

1. Clear the read call records and text messages in a timely manner.

2. Clear mobile Internet access records: Browser-Menu key-Settings-Privacy and Security (Privacy)-Clear cache, clear history, etc.

3. Move multimedia files to external SD card. Operation:

1). If it is Android 2.3/4.0/4.1 system: My files-all files-sdcard0-find the folder that needs to be moved-long press and hold without letting go-move to-return to external_sd- Click "Move here".

2). If it is Android 4.2 or above: Applications-My Files-All Files-Device storage-Find the folder that needs to be moved and open it-Menu key-Select All-Click the three horizontal bars Icon-Move, return to the upper directory, click SD memory card-select the relevant folder (or create a new folder)-move here.

Note: In Android 2.2 and previous versions (some Android 2.3 systems do not support built-in hard drives), multimedia files are stored in the external SD card by default.

4. If the pictures/videos are taken by a camera, you can set the storage path to SD card in advance. Operation: Open camera-settings-memory-memory card.

5. Uninstall third-party software that is not frequently used.
