First, apply for an Alipay account-log in to Personal Online Banking Professional Edition-and sign an Alipay cartoon agreement at the business application place.

Then after signing the contract, the mobile phone will receive a short message from Alipay with Alipay website.

Enter the URL in the computer to log in to Alipay website, and then you will be asked to fill in relevant information to activate it.

After activation, the Alipay account will be bound to the bank card, and then you can pay directly with the bank card.

Need to be reminded that after Taobao photographed the goods, it went to the payment page to select the savings card-quick payment (including cartoons) and direct payment, without charging the money into Alipay account, which was an extra step.
