I received a text message with an unknown number in my mobile phone. What happened?

If the mobile phone cannot display the sender's number after receiving the short message, it is suggested that:

1. Check whether this happens to all SMS messages. If it is a personal message, it is recommended to verify whether the hidden number function is set on the other party's mobile phone.

2. If this happens to all SMS messages, please try to replace the SIM card.

3. If it doesn't work, please back up the important data in your phone and try to restore the device to the factory settings.

If the problem still exists after the above operation, please take the purchase invoice, maintenance card and machine to Samsung service center for inspection.
