Why are there Korean agricultural text messages?

Mostly fraud. SMS is a typical phishing scam. Fraudulent gangs pretend to be government departments and use pre-made phishing websites to send you induced information, such as receiving information from Korean farmers and inducing victims to enter important information such as personal information, bank account number and authentication password. Fraud gangs can invade the victim's financial account after mastering the victim's information.
