How to cancel NetEase account with mobile phone number

The steps to log out a NetEase account with a mobile phone number are as follows:

1. Open the NetEase Account Security Center and click "Account Logout".

2. On the "Account Cancellation" page, click "Mobile Account Cancellation".

3. Jump to the login interface, enter your mobile phone number, SMS verification code, and click to log in.

4. On the cancel mobile account page, read the agreement in detail and click to agree to cancel.

5. On the security verification interface, click Send verification text message. After completion, select Sent and next step.

6. Log out of the NetEase product page, verify that the NetEase product is logged out correctly, and click to continue logging out.

7. When the interface pops up, read the logout instructions carefully and click OK.

8. Enter the account cancellation page, and it will prompt that the cancellation is successful, and the NetEase mobile account cancellation can be completed.
