At that time, the promotion said that phone calls would be free for the first six months. After receiving the card, I found that there were restrictions. I had to go online to get the voice package. You can only receive it every two hours, and you cannot receive it after 500 minutes. You must have a language pack to make free calls. At the beginning, you can still receive a language pack for dozens of minutes each time. When you think about it, you can receive it a few times a day, which is basically enough.

But now it is becoming more and more outrageous. You can only receive a 5-minute language pack each time, which is not enough at all and is far from the free calls it advertises. I called customer service and they said the number of minutes you receive is random. I was wondering, am I so unlucky that I always get so few 5 minutes? After asking other card-free users, they can only get a few 5 minutes now. If the company does not operate behind the scenes and it is really random, then the probability is that they can win several 5 million.

A company without credibility will definitely have no future. If it cannot do this, it should not use false propaganda to deceive consumers. Virtual operators are a new thing and need to be taken care of by manufacturers and consumers, but "snails" have tarnished its image and discredited it!
