Is it legal to borrow money to arrange foreign visitors to verify my information?

First: the collection personnel have no law enforcement power and have no right to investigate anyone's personal information at all.

Second, the village committee and relevant departments have no obligation to cooperate with the collectors to make corresponding investigations.

Third, this behavior of the collection personnel has violated the provisions of Article 18 of the Convention on Self-discipline in Collection: the debtor's debt information shall not be disclosed to a third party.

Fourth, according to Article 253 of China's Criminal Law, collectors who sell our information to a third party shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention if the circumstances are serious.
