The mobile phone always automatically sends cxll to 10086. What happened?

Some of the software you installed may have monitoring turned on. When this function is turned on, the software will send information to 10086 on a regular basis to inquire about the remaining information of all kinds of voice, SMS and GPRS.

If you don't want to query regularly, you can turn off this setting in the software.
