The undergraduate subsidy is 1 ten thousand yuan. First, the distribution method

From the date of 202 1 10 15 (inclusive) (subject to the application time), the living allowance will be paid in two installments, with 50% in each installment. The first subsidy is paid after 6 months of continuous enrollment (excluding supplementary payment), and the second subsidy is paid after 0/2 months of continuous enrollment/kloc-0 (excluding supplementary payment).

Second, the application conditions

1. Confirmation of application time. The time when the applicant's unit submits a valid application on "Qin Qing Online" or "Hangcai Code" of the applicant shall prevail. A valid application means that the application conditions have been met at the time of application.

2. Confirmation of graduation time. The graduation time specified in the academic certificate shall prevail for the fresh graduates of domestic universities, and the graduation time specified in the academic degree certificate of the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education shall prevail for the fresh graduates of foreign universities. If the academic certificate or the academic degree certificate of the Education Service Center of the Ministry of Education indicates the specific date, the date shall prevail; If only the graduation date is specified, but no specific date is specified, the graduation time shall be determined on the last day of the month.

3. Applicants who have enjoyed the living allowance for fresh graduates and obtained full-time college diplomas or academic degrees in universities outside China are not included in the living allowance for fresh graduates.

4. On-the-job personnel who have obtained full-time college diplomas or academic degrees from universities abroad are not included in the living allowance for fresh graduates.

Applicants and reporting units should apply for living allowance in good faith, and the application information should be true and effective. Applicants or reporting units applying for or receiving living allowances through fictitious labor relations, providing false information and other improper means will be included in the credit information system of individuals and enterprises, and the responsibilities of relevant units and individuals will be investigated according to law.

Third, the application materials (information)

1. Basic information such as the applicant's name, certificate number and bank card number shall be provided when applying. Other required academic qualifications and social security information are obtained through Qin Qing Online data sharing and system comparison.

Among them: college graduates outside the country (territory) also need to fill in academic degree information (including academic degree, graduation school and graduation time, etc. ) and upload the academic degree certificate certified by the study abroad center of the Ministry of Education.

During the continuous insured period, personnel who have experience in labor dispatch and work experience in labor dispatch (human resources) units must be verified by the current employer and fill in their actual historical employer and unified social credit code when applying for the first subsidy, the second subsidy and the second subsidy review three years later in western counties (cities).

2. If the applicant and the employer have any objection to the audit results, they shall provide the review materials as required.
