1. Strictly implement the main responsibilities.

The city’s party and government agencies, enterprises and institutions, construction sites, etc. must strictly implement various epidemic prevention and control measures before returning to work, strengthen the investigation and management of personnel returning to work after the holidays, and understand the main tasks of personnel returning to work in the first seven days. Information such as itinerary, health status, time and method of coming to Ningbo, etc., and proactively inform the current prevention and control policies. Before returning to work, all personnel must hold a 24-hour nucleic acid negative certificate and conduct health monitoring. Personnel from medium- and high-risk areas, places where the epidemic occurred, and those with a history of living outside the province will be temporarily suspended from returning to work within 7 days. All control measures after arriving in Ningxia will be implemented, and they can only return to work after being reviewed and approved by their units.

2. Strengthen return reporting and protection.

All persons coming and returning to Ningxia must understand the epidemic prevention policies for coming and returning to Ningxia in advance, actively log in to the "Credit Qinghai" applet through WeChat 24 hours in advance, and report in the "Reporting to Qinghai and Returning to Qinghai". On the way back, we adhere to normal epidemic prevention and control measures such as wearing masks in a scientific and standardized way, washing hands frequently, ventilating frequently, and maintaining a safe social distance. We actively cooperate with transportation departments such as railways, civil aviation, passenger transportation, and highway checkpoints to strictly implement temperature checks in accordance with relevant regulations. 3. Actively cooperate with prevention and control measures.

4. Strengthen risk personnel management.

Returners from Tibet, Xinjiang, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia and other provinces must proactively report to the community and implement the "native nucleic acid + point-to-point transfer + classified control" measures. Those who have traveled to high-risk areas and returned to Ningxia within 7 days will be subject to a "double code" and a 24-hour nucleic acid negative report, and a centralized isolation "7+3" control will be implemented.

Persons returning to Ningxia with a history of traveling to medium-risk areas within 7 days will be tested for "double codes" and 24-hour nucleic acid negative reports, and "7+3" home isolation control will be implemented. If the conditions for home isolation and medical observation are not met, centralized isolation and medical observation will be adopted.

People returning to Ningxia with a history of traveling to low-risk areas within 7 days will be tested for "dual codes" and a 24-hour nucleic acid negative report, and home health monitoring will be implemented twice every three days.

Persons returning to Ningxia if there are cases reported within 7 days but the risk area has not been adjusted, the "double code" and the 24-hour nucleic acid negative report will be checked, and home health monitoring will be implemented twice in three days.

Persons returning to Ningxia from risk-free areas must check the "double code" and 24-hour nucleic acid negative report, and implement self-health monitoring twice in three days.
