Hello! In response to the recent changes in the form of epidemic prevention and control at home and abroad, in order to effectively build a solid line of defense of "preventing external importation and preventing internal rebound", effectively control and reduce the risk of epidemic spread, minimize the risk of nosocomial infection, and effectively protect the safety of you and your family. In terms of physical health and life safety, according to the relevant requirements for epidemic prevention and control, combined with the actual work of the hospital, the latest epidemic prevention and control requirements of our hospital are hereby notified as follows:

▲Instructions for outpatient visits

1. Patients and their family members who come to the hospital for treatment must wear masks, take good protection, actively show their itinerary code and vaccination code, and actively cooperate with body temperature monitoring, epidemiological history inquiry and registration.

2. Anyone who has one of the following conditions, please take the initiative to go to the fever clinic for screening:

※Fever;

※Visited in the past two weeks Medium and high-risk areas;

※Travel or residence history in communities where cases have been reported in the past two weeks;

※Patients with novel coronavirus infection or asymptomatic in the past two weeks History of contact with infected persons;

※Have been in contact with patients with fever or respiratory symptoms from communities with reported cases in the past two weeks;

※Have dry cough, nasal congestion, runny nose, Those with symptoms of sore throat, fatigue, loss of taste and smell, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea;

※Cluster onset.

3. Residents who have not received the COVID-19 vaccine, please cooperate with the staff to complete the information registration, and voluntarily go to the nearest vaccination point to complete the vaccination.

4. Please enter and exit in an orderly manner according to the designated entrances and exits of the hospital and relevant instructions. In order to avoid crowds of people, all outpatient clinics implement "one doctor, one patient, one clinic". Please follow the outpatient call system to visit the hospital in an orderly manner.

5. The hospital encourages patients with mild symptoms to seek medical treatment on their own, and patients with severe symptoms and children can only have one family member accompany them into the clinic.

6. When waiting for treatment, picking up medicine, paying fees, or going through admission and admission procedures, please consciously keep a distance of more than 1 meter to avoid crowding.

7. Please ensure that the itinerary and epidemiological history you provide are true. If there is any concealment, you will be held accountable in accordance with relevant laws and regulations!

▲Hospitalization Instructions

< p>1. Except for critically ill patients, all patients must have a negative nucleic acid test result before entering the ward. Newly admitted patients and their accompanying staff must undergo two nucleic acid tests. If a chaperone must be replaced, the new chaperone must undergo two nucleic acid tests, and the new chaperone must be replaced only if the result is negative.

2. The inpatient ward strictly implements 24-hour access control. Patients and family members enter the inpatient ward with their wristbands. During hospitalization, under normal circumstances, a patient is limited to one person to accompany him. Under special circumstances, two people may be arranged to accompany him according to his condition and approved by the department director. The attendants are fixed and enter the ward with the patient, and receive closed management.

3. Monitor the body temperature of patients and attendants twice a day. If the attendant's temperature is ≥37°C, the designated personnel of the department will immediately guide him to the fever clinic, and the attendant will be replaced at the same time. Only those with negative nucleic acid results can enter the ward.

4. Patients and accompanying personnel must take personal protection, wear masks, wash hands frequently, ventilate frequently, and cooperate with body temperature screening and information registration. Do not enter other wards at will, and do not gather in the corridor to chat.

5. In-hospital visits are completely prohibited. Relatives and friends are not allowed to visit the hospital. We encourage condolences through phone calls, WeChat, text messages, videos, etc. At the same time, takeaway and courier personnel are also prohibited from entering the ward. Please understand.

6. Those who have any of the following are not allowed to accompany:

※Have a history of traveling to medium-high risk areas or overseas within 14 days;

※Have been diagnosed with new coronary pneumonia within 14 days Or a history of contact with suspected patients;

※There are clusters of illnesses in the surrounding area within 14 days;

※Those who have suspicious symptoms such as fever, fatigue, cough, etc.
