Why does my Lenovo P700i MMS always show that it is being downloaded but can't be opened?

The phone can't download or view MMS.

Reason for failure:

1, MMS setting is abnormal, and it needs to be downloaded manually, so it cannot be downloaded automatically.

2. The MMS access point is abnormal, and the network cannot be connected.

Solution:

MMS can only be downloaded when WIFI is turned off and mobile phone card traffic is turned on:

1. It is suggested to open SMS-Menu-Settings-Automatic Retrieval, or click SMS-Menu-Settings-Restore SMS default settings;

2. It is suggested to reset the MMS access point, reset the path settings-More-Access point name-Menu key-and restore the default access point.

3. It is recommended to restore the backup data to the factory settings;
