China Bank's credit card consumption of 0.0 1 yuan has not been activated.

If you receive a text message saying that it is a consumption, it can't be a deposit.

Some banks will activate users' credit cards by themselves. One of my colleagues is a credit card of China Bank, which was cut after the application. However, the bank sent a text message saying that she owed 100 yuan, which was overdue, and asked her to repay as soon as possible. She called the bank to ask if there was no annual fee and then it was overdue. She said it had not been activated, but it was useless to cut the card. Then the bank cancelled her overdue record.
