How to turn off Taobao short message voice reminder

1. Is this a message from Wangwang? There is a small drop-down arrow next to Wangwang's avatar! Where can I set it?

2. Or is it the prompt "You have a new text message" when "My Taobao" is opened? This is in "My Taobao"---Account Management--Website Reminder-----------Community Reminder---Uncheck the box when you receive a reminder from within the site
