Notes

1. Cervical cancer vaccine: People who are allergic to Saccharomyces cerevisiae and vaccine components cannot be vaccinated; those with fever, severe allergies, and the use of immune globulin or blood products within three months Those who are pregnant should not be vaccinated; women who are preparing for pregnancy, pregnancy, and lactation should not be vaccinated. Those who have successfully made an appointment can be vaccinated normally if they are in their menstrual period and do not have dysmenorrhea.

2. There needs to be a 14-day interval between vaccination and the new coronavirus vaccine.

3. Herpes zoster vaccine: people over 50 years old can get vaccinated.

2. To make a successful appointment, you need to present the appointment information and ID card to the outpatient clinic for vaccination at the appointment time. No phone confirmation is required. The vaccination quota is limited to the person who made the appointment, and transfer is not accepted. Those who fail to get vaccinated on time will be deemed to have voluntarily given up.
