2. Call the 24-hour customer service hotline at 800-820-5555 and press "60 1" to inquire according to the voice prompts.

If the progress shows that your application has passed, please pay attention to the card you signed up for.

If you need to supplement relevant information according to the progress display, please cooperate with the prompt to supplement relevant information as soon as possible so as to continue to complete the review;

If the progress shows that the application materials provided by you do not meet the requirements of our bank for issuing cards for the time being, China Merchants Bank will also send you a rejection letter.
