How to Delete Apple 12 SMS

At present, most of the short messages we receive are time-sensitive verification code information or unimportant advertising information. When you need to delete SMS in batches on the iPhone, you can use the following three methods:

1. Batch Select Delete

Click the … icon in the upper right corner, then click Select Information, check the information to be deleted, and click Delete in the lower right corner to delete it.

2. Select delete by gesture.

In the SMS interface, you can select the information to be deleted in batches by holding down the information with two fingers and dragging it down.

3. Delete by time

You can set the information to be retained only for a period of time. Please go to Settings-Messages-Keep Information, and then select how long you want to keep information. For example, if you select 30 days, information received before 30 days will be automatically deleted.

It should be noted that since the information cannot be recovered after being deleted, please check it carefully to avoid deleting important short messages. Or you can copy and back up important short messages to memos or other applications in advance to prevent misoperation from being deleted.
