Entry personnel, cured and discharged COVID-19 confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons, close contacts and sub-close contacts of COVID-19 cases, and "red and yellow code" personnel, especially those who have crossed the trajectory of local confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons recently announced in China, should take the initiative to report to their units and communities within 2 hours after arrival, and cooperate with the local government to implement various prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid detection, isolation control and health monitoring in COVID-19 as soon as possible. Those who refuse to report, cooperate or hinder the prevention and control of the epidemic will bear corresponding legal responsibilities according to law.
