If you forget the screen lock password, you can't unlock the screen, so you can only restore the factory settings and erase the data. Please try the following methods:

When the mobile phone is turned off, press and hold the volume increase button and the power button at the same time when the USB cable is not plugged in, release the power button when the boot screen appears, and release the volume increase button after 3 seconds to enter the recovery mode.
