How to send a message by phone in ipad2 wifi version?

Wifi version and 3G version of iPad can't make phone calls, but you can make video calls through iPad Facetime. It is recommended to operate under WiFi.

Step 1, set Facetime;;

1. Locate the Settings icon on the Ipad.

2. Then slide your finger up in the left pane to find "Facetime". In the right panel is the login account for setting Facetime.

3. After filling in the Apple ID, click Login.
