Can I get a text message after my mobile phone is hacked?

If you want to hack someone, you can call the mobile (telecom, Unicom) customer service phone and tell the customer service to refuse to receive a certain phone number or information, then the server of the incoming communication company will directly refuse to access your mobile phone number, but there may be a SMS reminder. Or you can add a blacklist in Mobile Security Center-Harassment Interception-Settings in the upper right corner-Blacklist Number.
