How to return the train ticket?

1. Refund fee will not be charged if the ticket is refunded more than 8 days before driving;

2. If the refund time of the high-speed rail ticket is more than 48 hours before driving, 5% of the face price will be charged as the refund fee;

3. If the refund time of the high-speed rail ticket is 24-48 hours before driving, 10% of the high-speed rail ticket price will be charged as the handling fee;

4. If the ticket is refunded less than 24 hours before take-off, 20% refund fee will be deducted;

5. If the refund time is within 48 hours -8 days before driving, change the ticket or change to other trains more than 8 days before driving, and handle the refund formalities 8 days before driving, a handling fee of 5% will be charged;

6. If the bus departure time is less than 2 hours, the refund is not supported, and only other trains on the day can be changed.

1. You can go through the refund procedures before the train leaves, and the refund time is generally within 15 working days.

2. If the ticket is purchased in cash, after the ticket is refunded on the online ticketing platform, the refund shall be collected at the station window with the original ID card at the time of ticket purchase within 180 days from the date of refund.

3. If you have received the reimbursement voucher, you need to go to the station window to confirm the refund with the printed reimbursement voucher and the original ID card within 12306 app within 80 days after the refund. When the reimbursement voucher is returned, the ticket will be returned to the payment account.

4. If an agent is required to refund the ticket, the original ID card of the agent, the original ID card of the passenger and the ticket (order number) shall be used to refund the ticket at the station refund window.
