1. Confirm whether the ringtone is set to mute. It is recommended to restart the phone and turn the ringtone to the maximum before observing.

2. Before operation, you can turn off the Do Not Disturb mode and set it to Do Not Disturb mode (setting to sound and vibration to Do Not Disturb);

3. Try to change other different ringtones or enter Settings → Application → Display System Flow → Cool Sound Jinli Edition → Storage Space → Clear Data before operation;

4. Restore the backup data to the factory settings.
