4. After uploading, traffic police will generally verify it in the background. After the verification passed, the owner's illegal cancellation declaration was successful. Penalty standard for illegal parking:

Article 63

Temporary parking of motor vehicles on the road shall comply with the following provisions:

(a) in the absence of parking signs and markings, in the motor vehicle lanes and non-motor vehicle lanes, sidewalks with isolation facilities, as well as crosswalks, construction sites, no parking;

(2) No parking is allowed at intersections, railway crossings, sharp detours, narrow roads, bridges, steep slopes, tunnels and sections within 50 meters from the above locations;

(three) in front of the bus stop, first aid station, gas station, fire hydrant or fire brigade (station) and on the road within 30 meters from the above places, no parking is allowed except using the above facilities;

(four) before the vehicle has stopped, it is not allowed to open the door to get on and off people, and opening and closing the door shall not hinder the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians;

(five) roadside parking should be close to the right side of the road, motor vehicle drivers are not allowed to get off, get on and off personnel or load and unload goods, and immediately leave;

(six) city buses are not allowed to stop on the road outside the station.
