Review process of special operation certificate

The operation certificate for special operations is inspected once every four years. Generally speaking, the application for review should be filed three months before the expiration of the review period.

Review application

The holder shall apply to the issuing department for review 3 months before the expiration of the review period.

Review request

If the certified personnel meet the requirements of uninterrupted operation and safety and energy-saving education and training specified in the relevant safety technical specifications within 4 years, and there are no bad and illegal operations or management records, and no accidents have been caused, the issuing department shall grant the re-examination to be qualified in accordance with the provisions of the relevant safety technical specifications, and affix the re-examination qualified seal of the issuing department on the original certificate.

Treatment process

The process of handling the special operation certificate is as follows: 1. The applicant holds relevant materials to register with the safety supervision bureau department or the designated training center, and fills in the Application Form for Special Operation Safety Technology Training and Assessment; 2, to participate in special operations safety technical training; 3, after passing the exam, to the original training point to receive People's Republic of China (PRC) special operation certificate; For those who fail, the training unit will inform their unit or themselves.

Review clause

For those who have no bad records such as violation of laws and regulations within 2 years and attend safety training on time, the review period shall be extended in accordance with the provisions of relevant safety technical specifications. Those who fail the second interview should take the exam again. If the applicant fails to apply for re-examination within the time limit or fails to pass the re-examination, his Certificate of Special Equipment Operators shall be cancelled.

Cross-regional review

Operators of special equipment operating across regions may apply to the license issuing department at the place where the operation is located for review.
