How does Audi Q2L send and receive SMS via MMI?

The following contents apply to the first generation Audi Q2L.

Suitable for: mobile phones with Bluetooth message access configuration mode.

According to the mobile phone and mobile communication contract, you can send and receive short messages through MMI.

prerequisite

The independent mini SIM card with information option has been inserted into the SIM card reader of the operating unit.

Or: the mobile phone through Bluetooth map (information access mode) has been connected to MMI.

Select: button (as shown below)

(phone) > left control key > > SMS (SIM card)/SMS (my mobile phone)/SMS (additional phone).

Write a new short message

Select and confirm to write a new SMS.

-Use Template: Select and confirm the required template in the list.

-Self-written content: Select and confirm not to use the template. Enter a paragraph of text through MMI touch operation panel or alphabetic keyboard.

-Enter one or more recipients.

-Select and confirm to send.

Inbox

Show all received messages.

has been sent

Show all the sent messages.

Outgoing box

Show all the short messages to be sent.

draft

Displays all unsent and stored SMS messages.

delete

Show all deleted messages.

-Please note that SMS short message receiving and sending functions must be enabled according to the SIM card used. For other information, please consult your mobile phone operator or consult your mobile phone manual.
