Fourth, citizens must wear masks when going out. Government agencies, supermarkets, vegetable markets, elevators and other institutions and public places and spaces refuse to enter without masks. Staff of state organs, enterprises and institutions must wear masks during their posts.

The whole community implements closed management, and the staff of the unit asks for leave from the unit and is isolated at home. Among them, party member cadres and public officials who participate in violation of regulations are all seriously accountable; The cadres of the two committees will be dismissed for violating the rules and regulations.
