It is explicitly mentioned that * * * property housing rental activities should be handled through the network service platform established by municipal agencies, and government rental income should be charged in accordance with the principle of low.

The notice requires that * * * property buyers who really need to rent a house because of family members' employment and children's schooling should follow the relevant provisions of the state and this Municipality on housing rental management and property housing management; In addition, * * * property housing rental activities should be handled through the network service platform established by the municipal agency, and the government rental income should be charged in accordance with the principle of low quota.

The notice pointed out that the service platform verified the housing situation of the buyers of * * * property houses by docking the information system of the city's housing big data platform. After verification, the purchaser has no other housing in this city, and can publish the rental information on the service platform. * * * Property agency shall reply within 5 working days after receiving the application for renting intention of the purchaser. Fails to reply within the time limit, as agreed to rent.

In view of the housing rent problem, the * * property housing agency, together with the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Committee (Housing Authority) at the same level, comprehensively determines the fixed rental income of each set of government property rights of each project according to the regional market rent price and the proportion of government property rights of * * * property housing, in accordance with the principle of "low"; Dynamic adjustment of fixed income of rent. If a new (renewed) housing lease contract is signed, the agency will collect fixed income from rent according to the new standard. If the term of the housing lease contract exceeds three years, the holding institution may adjust the fixed rental income every three years.

The notice also mentioned that if the rental price proposed by the purchaser of the property right house is lower than the market rental standard determined by the holding institution, the holding institution can give priority to renting the house and pay the rental income to the purchaser according to the rental price and property right ratio proposed by the purchaser;

In addition, * * * houses with property rights can be rented, but the lessee is not allowed to sublet the houses after renting the houses with property rights.

It is also known that the Notice will be implemented on March 20, 2022, with a trial period of 3 years.
