1, do a good job in customer reception service, take the initiative to see customers off, accept customer consultation, and assist the person in charge of the branch to handle customer complaints;

2. Guide customers to divert, maintain the order in the lobby of outlets, and make rational use of resources such as counters, self-service equipment and online banking to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of business handling and transactions between outlets and customers;

Job requirements:
