Replace the card by giving advance notice and sending a new card.

1. Advance notice: China Merchants Bank will notify customers in advance by SMS, email or letter before the savings card expires. After receiving the notice, customers can change their cards at the designated business outlets of China Merchants Bank with valid identity documents and savings cards according to the requirements of the bank.

2. Send a new card: China Merchants Bank will send the new card to the registered address of the cardholder one month before the card expires. The cardholder should keep the address accurate to ensure that the new card can be received in time. After receiving the new card, the cardholder shall, according to the requirements of the bank, bring the valid ID card and the old card to the designated business outlets of China Merchants Bank for card replacement.
