The cardholder must present his/her ID card to any branch of the card-issuing bank of China Bank in his/her region (card-issuing province) to formally report the loss, and at the same time, go through the card replacement procedures. If the oral report of loss exceeds the validity period, it will be automatically terminated. Within the validity period of oral loss reporting, the social security function can be cancelled through telephone and social security card website (www.sn 12333.gov.cn) and other service channels. (2) Official loss reporting: Cardholders should report the loss of their social security cards to any China bank outlet in the province with their ID cards in time. At present, Bank of China has set up 19 social security card replacement outlets in Ann (you can call 029- 12333 people's social service telephone number or follow the official WeChat account "Xi people's social service 12333" to inquire about 6543. The official loss reporting replacement card cannot be revoked, and even if the original card is found, it can no longer be used.
