1. ICBC Express Payment is the payment method of a third party (such as Alipay). By associating with our bank card, we can complete the payment without registering our online banking, and input Alipay password and check code received by SMS.

2. In order to ensure the safety of your funds, our bank requires you to use the reserved mobile phone number for identity verification when making third-party payment. As the reserved mobile phone number in the account belongs to important customer information, at present, the Bank only provides counter channels to modify the reserved mobile phone number.
