Please prepare the motor vehicle certificate, car purchase invoice, mobile phone number and identity certificate filled in by the user when registering. Users need to input vehicle identification code (also called frame number), car purchase invoice information, upload photos of car purchase invoice, input contact information, and receive and input SMS verification code to verify the authenticity of their pre-selected license plates.

As shown in the above figure, if the user is not familiar with the operation process of the pre-selected motor vehicle number plate business, he can click the simulation number selection link to enter the simulation number selection function, which is exactly the same as the formal number selection function. In order to facilitate the user to be familiar with the operation process of the pre-selected motor vehicle number plate business, the selected number plate is invalid without checking the accuracy of basic information and saving any information! Pre-selection of license plates in different places: for new car owners, student users and unit users, pre-selection of motor vehicle license plates can only be handled at the user's registration place. Step 1: Select the certification authority to return.

When users enter this function for the first time, they should choose the issuing authority that handles the new car registration business for themselves or their company. According to the selected issuing authority, the page will display the optional license plate header under this issuing authority to remind the user whether the selected issuing authority is correct, as shown in the following figure.

Click the number pool publicity link in the above figure to open the number pool publicity page of the Internet pre-selected number plate business of the selected vehicle management office.

If the vehicle management office selected by the user manages the license plate according to the administrative division, then the user should also choose the corresponding administrative division according to his own residential address or unit address, as shown in the following figure.

After the user confirms that the selected issuing authority and administrative division are correct, click the Next button to enter the next business instruction reading. Click Next, and a confirmation box will pop up to remind the user to confirm the selected information, as shown in the following figure:

For users who have confirmed the information in step 4 but have not completed the number selection, when the user enters the pre-selected motor vehicle number plate business again, the system will check the number selection remaining times and random number selection remaining times of the user. If the user still has the chance to choose the number, he will jump directly to step 5 to verify the number selection by himself. If the number selection exceeds the limit of random number selection and number selection, the system will give the corresponding prompt. At the same time, the system will also check the current status of the number selection system, and if the system is under maintenance or has not yet reached the opening time of the number selection, the system will also give corresponding prompts.

For users who have completed the number selection, if the user is not included in the number selection blacklist within the validity period of the pre-selected number plate, every time the user enters the pre-selected number plate business, he will directly jump to step 7 to complete the number plate pre-selection.

Step 2: Return the business instruction

This step requires users to carefully read the contents of their business instructions, including various clauses and disclaimers that should be paid attention to in the number plate pre-selection, as shown in the following figure:

Step 2: After reading the business instructions, the number selection system will start timing, and the start time and end time of the number selection operation will be displayed on the interface. Users need to confirm the number plate before the end of the number selection operation, otherwise they must start the number selection again. For more information, see the following steps.

Step 3: Enter the basic information and return.

In this step, the user needs to input the vehicle identification code and car purchase invoice information of the new small car purchased by his company, upload the photo of the car purchase invoice, and input the user's contact information. As shown in the figure below:

If the user does not understand the concept of vehicle identification code, click the help button and the description of vehicle identification code will pop up. As shown below, the upper part of the picture shows the vehicle identification code in the domestic vehicle certificate, and the lower part shows the vehicle identification code in the imported vehicle certificate.

After the user inputs the vehicle identification code, invoice information and contact information, click the Next button, and the system will check the correctness of the vehicle identification code. If the verification fails, the reason for the failure will be displayed. If the verification is successful, proceed to step 4 to confirm the information.

Step 4: Confirm the return of information.

The user rechecks and confirms the issuing authority, personal information, vehicle information and contact information. After confirming the accuracy of the information, the user enters the picture verification code, and after confirming the information, the number selection can begin. After confirming the information, users will not be able to go back to the previous steps to modify the information. As shown in the figure below:

The user clicks the Confirm Submit button, and then clicks the Confirm Submit button at the bottom of the interface to confirm the information. Then, the user goes to step 5 to verify the selected mobile phone. After confirming the information, the user cannot return the modification.

After the user confirms the information, if the subsequent number selection step does not complete the number selection, there is still a chance to select the number. When the user enters the pre-selected number plate business again, he will directly jump to step 5 to verify his number selection mobile phone.

Step 5: I choose the mobile phone to verify and return.

In this step, the user must obtain and enter the SMS verification code to verify the mobile phone number of the pre-selected number plate (the information confirmed by the user in the fourth step). After the user needs to obtain and enter the SMS verification code, click on the bottom of the interface to verify the number selection or randomly select the number to verify whether the SMS verification code is correct. After verification, enter step 6 to pre-select the number plate. As shown in the figure below:

If the user fails to complete the number selection in the number selection step after this step, when the user enters the pre-selected number plate business again, if the user still has the chance to select the number, they will jump directly to this step. According to the number of self-editing and random number selection left by users, there are the following three situations:

(1) users also have the opportunity to choose numbers by themselves and at random. At the bottom of this interface, buttons for self-verification and random selection are displayed for users to click.

(2) Users still have the chance to choose their own numbers, and they have used up the chance of randomly selecting numbers. Entering this step, users will be prompted to have the opportunity to randomly select numbers. At the bottom of the interface, the self-verification number selection button is displayed for users to click, and the verification number selection button is hidden.

(3) Users still have the chance to choose numbers randomly, and they have used up the chance to choose numbers by themselves. When entering this step, the user will be prompted to have the opportunity to choose the number by himself, and the buttons of verification and random number selection at the bottom of the interface will be displayed for the user to click, while the buttons of verification and self-made number selection are hidden.

If the number selection control is not installed on the user's computer or has not been upgraded to the latest version, click the button of verification and self-editing number selection or verification and random number selection in this step, and the system will automatically jump to the number selection control download page. Please download and install the number selection control according to the instructions on the page. After installing the control, you can continue to select numbers after the previous number selection step. At present, the number selection control only supports IE browser, and users need IE browser to use this function normally. For details, please refer to the next section, Control Download.

Step 6: Return the pre-selected number plate.

(1) self-made number selection

If the user selects the self-made number selection, the user enters the self-made number selection step. In the step of self-editing and number selection, you can only input the license plate number through the virtual keyboard randomly set in the interface. For each digit of the number plate number, available characters will be calculated according to the number pool. Only available characters can be selected in the virtual keyboard, and others are disabled, so clicking is not allowed. As shown in the figure below, the interface will display the remaining times for the user to select the number of the current vehicle. If the user can't edit the satisfied number plate and has the opportunity to randomly select the number plate, you can click the prompt link to edit and select the number plate? Try random selection to enter random selection. The interface for selecting self-made numbers is shown in the following figure:

The user has just entered the self-editing interface, and the verification confirmation number plate button at the bottom of the interface cannot be clicked. It will count down according to the minimum time interval between two verification operations, and only after the countdown is over and the user inputs the complete number plate can the user click the Verify and Confirm Number Plate button. Enter the picture verification code, and click the Verify License Plate button to verify whether the license plate number can be pre-selected. If the license plate number has been pre-selected by others, the page will prompt the reason for the failure of verification, and the probability of the user editing the pre-selected license plate number by himself will be reduced by 1 times. Users can click the Clear button to start self-editing. At the same time, the button to verify and confirm the license plate will count down again according to the minimum time interval between the two verification operations. Only after the countdown is over and the user enters the complete license plate number again can the button to verify and confirm the license plate be clicked. As shown in the figure below.

If the self-made number plate is verified, the system will automatically confirm the number plate, and the user will complete the number selection, and go to step 7 to complete the number plate pre-selection.

If the user has run out of self-made number selection opportunities, but there is still a chance of random number selection, the system will automatically jump to random number selection.

If the user has exhausted the opportunities of self-made number selection and random number selection, the user will not be able to pre-select the number plate for the vehicle through the Internet, and the system will prompt the user to register the new car such as number selection at the vehicle management office.

(2) Random number selection

If the user selects random number selection, the random number selection step is entered. In the step random number selection, the user enters the picture verification code and clicks the Start Random button, and the system will randomly select five optional number plates for the user to choose. When the user randomly draws the number plate, if the number plate does not include 4, the five optional number plate numbers randomly drawn do not include the number 4. As shown in the figure below, the interface will display the number of times the user randomly draws the number plate for the current vehicle. Users are not satisfied with the number plates randomly selected many times, and still have the opportunity to choose their own number plates. You can click on the prompt link to find a satisfactory number plate at random. Try to choose your own number.

When the user clicks the Start Random button, the system will randomly select five optional license plates for the user, and the interface will display the countdown. Please select and confirm the license plate within XX seconds! At the same time, the chance for users to randomly select the number plate for the current vehicle will be reduced by 1 time. Before the countdown is over, the user can select the 1 number plate, or click the button to give up reselection and randomize again. After the countdown, the random number plate is invalid. The user can click the Start Randomization button to randomize again. As shown in the figure below:

The user selects 1 number plate, and the selected number plate will become white on a blue background. At the same time, the preselected number plate will display the selected number plate in red font. As shown in the figure below:

After the user selects the number plate, click the button to confirm the number selection, and the user completes the number selection, and enters step 7 to complete the number plate pre-selection.

Step 7: Complete the number plate pre-selection and return.

When entering this step, the system will pop up a prompt window, prompting that the pre-selection of license plates is successful. The prompt includes the date when the user needs to go to the vehicle management office to handle the new car registration business for himself or his current vehicle, as shown in the following figure.

As shown in the figure below, the interface shows the date when the user needs to register with the vehicle management office. If it is not handled within the time limit, the user will be blacklisted, and the user will not be allowed to pre-select the license plate number online, and the blacklist will be automatically lifted after 2 years. Users can print the pre-selected number voucher, and later they will receive a short message prompting that the number plate has been pre-selected. Users can go to the vehicle management office to handle the motor vehicle registration business with the certificate of pre-selection number or the prompt message of successful number selection.

2. The control downloads and returns

If the number selection control is not installed or upgraded to the latest version on the computer operated by the user, in the fourth step of number selection, in the verification of my mobile phone, click the button to confirm and customize the number selection or confirm and randomly select the number, and the system will automatically jump to the download page of the number selection control. Please download and install the number selection control according to the instructions on the page. At present, the number selection control only supports IE browser, and users need IE browser to use this function normally. Control download page as shown in the figure below:

3. Return notice

(1) Please read the business instructions carefully to understand the validity period of the pre-selected license plate number and the information input requirements.

(2) For the self-made number selection, users need to pay attention to the prompt information on the interface: XX times are left in your self-made pre-selected number plate, which is the user's restriction on the self-made number selection of the current vehicle. If the user verifies the number plate by himself every time, the probability of choosing the number plate will be reduced by 1 time. If the number plate is optional, the user will complete the number selection. Once the user runs out of self-made number selection opportunities, the user will no longer be able to make self-made number selection for the current vehicle.

(3) For random number selection, users need to pay attention to the prompt information on the interface: XX times are left in the pre-selection of your random number plate, which is the upper limit for users to randomly select the number of the current vehicle. Every time a user randomly selects a number, the chance of random number selection will be reduced by 1 time. Once the user runs out of opportunities to randomly select numbers, the user will no longer be able to randomly select numbers for the current vehicle.

(4) If the user no longer has the opportunity to choose the number by himself or at random, he can only choose to go to the vehicle management office to handle new car registration business such as number selection.

(5) If the user fails to confirm the Internet pre-selected number plate at the vehicle management office within the validity period of the pre-selected number after the user has successfully pre-selected the number, the user will be blacklisted and cannot pre-select the motor vehicle number plate on the Internet, and the blacklist will be automatically lifted two years later.

4. FAQ return

Under Windows7 or Windows8, it is possible that after installing the number selection control, you still cannot enter the number selection page normally. In this case, you can register the control as follows:

(1) Under Windows 8, when the mouse is placed in the lower left corner of the desktop window, the start small window will be displayed. Right-click the startup window and select Command Prompt (Administrator) to open the command line window. Under Windows7, click the Start button in the lower left corner, search for cmd, right-click cmd.exe in the search results, and select Run as Administrator to open the command line window. (2) Find the installation path of Internet numbering control, which is installed under C:Program Files (x86) Internet numbering by default. Enter the command: regsvr32 C:Program Files (x86) in the command line window, and press Enter to execute the command to register the control, as shown in the following figure:

If other installation paths are selected during the control installation, please replace the C:Program Files (x86) Internet selection path in the command with your own installation path, and execute the above command to register the control.

(3) If the command is executed successfully, a prompt as shown in the figure below will pop up, and the control is registered successfully.

5. Pre-selected number plate appeal reply

After Internet registered users log on to the Internet, they click on the motor vehicle business, and the pre-selected number plate appeal enters the pre-selected number plate appeal process. As shown in the following figure

In the process of preselecting the license plate of a motor vehicle, the user inputs the vehicle identification code of the newly purchased small car, and when verifying, the user will be prompted that the vehicle has preselected the license plate and cannot be preselected again! Or the vehicle has been used by others, and the number cannot be selected. Please reconfirm the vehicle identification number! If the user confirms that his newly purchased small car has not pre-selected the number plate on the Internet service platform, the user can appeal through the pre-selected number plate appeal. After the complaint is successfully handled, the user can continue to pre-select the number plate.

The operation interface is shown in the following figure:

If the user wants to make a complaint, he can click the prompt at the top of the complaint homepage, and the details page of the pre-selected number plate complaint will be displayed. Users should carefully read the business description at the top of the page, and the uploaded photo of identity certificate and the invoice of newly purchased vehicle should be clear and true, and consistent with the vehicle identification code and the user's own information.

If the system verifies that there is no problem with the information complained by the user, the user will complete the complaint submission.
