How does Apple view black people sending you messages?

Operation mobile phone: Apple 7 mobile phone.

System version number: IOS11.0.3 system.

Step one: First click on the settings on the mobile phone desktop to enter. As shown in the picture.

Step 2: After entering, click Information. As shown in the picture.

Step 3: Then click Blacklist. As shown in the picture.

Step 4: Then select a blacklist and click. As shown in the picture.

Step 5: Then click Send message. As shown in the picture.
