The man said that Mr. Chen's fund account has been threatened and needs to be transferred to the "safe account" set up by the "police", asking Mr. Chen to take all his bank cards and immediately rush to the nearest bank outlet to wait for the next instructions from the "police". Mr. Chen checked online, and the telephone number of the Municipal Public Security Bureau really started with 8539. But I felt suspicious again, so I called back the landline number to ask. The police in the command center of the Municipal Public Security Bureau who answered the phone told Mr. Chen that this was indeed the Wuhan Public Security Bureau, but it was a scam.

According to the police, this is an alarm call that criminals use the software of "dialing any number" to enter the network by disguising the calling number. But this disguised calling number can't stand the callback test.
