How to read and archive the chapters of Grand Theft Auto 4 Freedom City in the game?

After the game is set, select Load File and click OK to load the file.

First, put the archive in the correct archive path: My Documents \Rockstar Games\GTA IV\savegames folder, then enter the game and press ESC to pop up the settings menu.

Select the first "Load" of the last option, then select the archive file to load, and press Enter to load the archive file.
