4. Each mobile phone number is limited to apply for online card replacement once a month (from the successful ordering to the completion of sending and signing). If the order is cancelled for various reasons after success (including modifying the mailing address, etc. ), the number of times doesn't count, you can cancel the order directly on China Mobile APP and place an order again.

5. The sending scope of the reissued mobile phone card is the whole country (except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, Xinjiang, Tibet and Inner Mongolia), and EMS is free of postage.
