Recently, some retirees from enterprises directly under the municipal government have stopped issuing pensions because they have not issued certificates within the time limit. According to the relevant regulations of the state and province, enterprise retirees who meet the requirements of receiving pensions are certified at least once a year, and the time interval for each certification does not exceed 12 months, and they can apply all year round. Failure to certify for more than 12 months is overdue certification. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

For enterprise retirees who stop issuing pensions due to overdue issuance, please bring their social security card (or ID card) to the social security department of the municipal administrative service center for "renewal of retirement benefits" before resuming the payment of benefits (the benefits that were stopped before will be reissued together). At the same time, please change the contact information of the personnel synchronously, so as to accurately push the warm reminder by SMS in the future.

Second, if the pension is stopped due to overdue certificates, and then it is reissued through self-service methods such as "Guangdong Easy" WeChat applet, it is necessary to go to the social security department of the municipal administrative service center to handle the "retirement benefits renewal" business before resuming the benefits (the benefits that were stopped before will be reissued together). At the same time, please change the contact information of the personnel synchronously, so as to accurately push the warm reminder by SMS in the future.

Third, retirees from enterprises directly under the municipal government who live in different places in the province should go to the social security agency in their place of residence (except Shenzhen) to handle the "retirement benefits renewal" business (the previously suspended benefits will be reissued together) before the resumption of benefits.
