2) At that time, the SMS was full or the mobile phone was in arrears, so it was impossible to receive SMS;

3) If the mobile phone is turned off for more than 2 days, the communication operator will no longer send short messages to customers during this period;

4) The short message can't reach the mobile phone normally due to the unstable network signal of the customer's mobile phone or the network problem of the communication operator.
