Are you a liar? Just don't reply. If you are disturbed, you can use information shielding software to blacklist these numbers. If you are maliciously harassed, I suggest you change your number. As for how they know your number, it may be that you sent messages in groups, or that you accidentally leaked personal privacy online, or that your friend played a prank or something.
