Good Morning, everyone! In this spring season, we ushered in the grand opening ceremony of Mushi Hospital of Zaozhuang Maternal and Child Health Medical Association. To this end, on behalf of Chairman Wu Xiurong and all members, I would like to express my heartfelt congratulations and sincere wishes to all the staff of Mushi Hospital who have been struggling for a long time in the front line of health work.

As we all know, medical association is a new thing in the reform of medical and health system. With the advocacy and affirmation of Vice Chairman Zhu Chen and the health administrative department, the Party Committee of Zaozhuang Health Bureau conducted demonstration and investigation in 20xx. It integrates the medical resources in the same area and consists of a tertiary hospital, several secondary hospitals, township hospitals and community health centers. The purpose is to guide patients to seek medical treatment at different levels, rather than rushing to tertiary hospitals. It is in this context that Zaozhuang Maternal and Child Health Medical Association was established by voluntary association of many medical and health institutions and approved by Zaozhuang Health Bureau.
