Is it infringement that ambiguous chat causes others to divorce?

Legal analysis: it does not belong to infringement. Divorce caused by ambiguous text messages can only be regarded as the breakdown of husband and wife's feelings, and the person who sends ambiguous text messages is not responsible. Even if one spouse commits suicide, it has nothing to do with sending messages.

Article 110 A natural person enjoys the right to life, body, health, name, portrait, reputation, honor, privacy and marital autonomy. Legal persons and unincorporated organizations enjoy the right of name, reputation and honor.
