The service password is the identification password of China Mobile customers, which consists of a set of 6 digits. If you forget the service password, you can also retrieve it through the following channels:

2. You can call the 10086 artificial hotline for online processing.

3. Log in to China Mobile's official WeChat 10086 or China Mobile's official WeChat 10086 (enter "Personal Homepage"-reset password) for processing.

4. You can download 10086APP, wap version of online business hall, handheld business hall and business hall self-service terminal for self-service.

5. SMS processing: Take Henan as an example: send "HFMM (blank) ID number (blank) new password" to 10086 to reset the password.
