icloud text messages cannot be downloaded

Turn off text messages and go to settings to download.

Enter settings--Universal restore-erase all settings and data, then restart and select restore backup from icloud in settings management. Please note here, enter settings management and select english. Next step--select United States. The next step is to go to the icloud option. You need to choose to restore from icloud backup. It will take about 10-20 minutes depending on the network.
