Provisions on Refund during Sichuan Aviation Epidemic

Provisions for refund during Sichuan Airlines epidemic are as follows:

Tickets with travel date of 1 and February 20, 2022 (including tickets with seats cancelled or not displayed before the flight takes off) can be refunded at the original ticket purchasing channel within the validity period of the ticket, and no refund fee is charged;

2. Air tickets with travel dates from February 2, 2022 to March 7, 2022 (inclusive) will be cancelled before the flight takes off. Within the validity period of the ticket, you can apply for refund in the original ticket purchasing channel, and no refund fee is charged. If the seat ticket is not cancelled before the flight takes off, the ticket will be refunded according to the original ticket use conditions.
