Article 1 Scope of service

Article 2 Business registration

Article 3 Customer information

3.2 The telecommunications company shall keep the customer information confidential according to law, but in order to establish communication channels with customers and improve services, the telecommunications company may use the customer information involved in this agreement.
3.3 The customer password is the important information of the customer. The customer shall modify the initial password in time and keep it confidential. When the customer's password is lost or stolen, it should be revised or reported in time. Telecom companies are not responsible for the loss caused by the loss of customers' passwords or the acquisition of others.
Article 4 Commercial purposes
4. 1 customers have the right to choose and use all kinds of telecommunication services provided by telecommunication enterprises, and have the right to choose their own terminal equipment with network access permission.
4.2 Customers shall abide by relevant national laws, regulations and rules when using telecommunication services.
4.3 If the customer transfers all or part of this agreement to a third party without the consent of the telecom company and goes through the relevant formalities, it will have no legal effect on the telecom company.
4.4 After the termination of this agreement, the telecom company has the right to take back the service number originally used by the customer and allocate it to other customers after a certain period of time.
Article 5 Charging Standards and Payment of Fees
5. 1 Telecom companies charge customers telecom fees according to the legally determined tariff standards, and customers should pay all fees in full and on time.
5.2 According to the selected telecommunication service type, the customer pays the telecommunication fee in the form of prepayment or post-payment. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer shall pay the fee on a monthly basis by post-payment, and the payment period of the last month's fee is from the 6th of each month to the 5th of the following month. In the prepaid mode, the customer needs to pre-store the amount, and when the account balance is insufficient to pay the business expenses that the customer intends to use, it needs to be recharged in time.
5.3 When customers choose or terminate bank collection or bank withholding to pay telecom fees, they need to go through the corresponding procedures at the collection agencies such as banks.
5.4 If the customer fails to pay the telecom fee within the time limit, the telecom company has the right to demand the payment of the telecom fee, and can add a penalty of 3‰ per day according to the amount owed.
5.5 If there is any arrears, the customer should pay the arrears and the corresponding liquidated damages before handling other businesses.
5.6 If the state adjusts the telecom tariff standard, the new standard shall be implemented from the adjustment time stipulated by the state. When a telecom enterprise issues a preferential tariff scheme, it shall implement it according to the preferential standards from the time specified in the preferential scheme.
Article 6 Service quality and customer service
6. 1 A telecom company shall provide services to customers within the promised network coverage and in accordance with standards not lower than the Telecommunications Service Specification.
6.2 Telecom companies announce service items, service time limit, service scope, tariff standards, usage rules, payment regulations, etc.
6.3 Telecom enterprises provide services such as business acceptance, consultation, inquiry and obstacle declaration through customer service hotline 10000 and business hall.
6.4 Telecom companies are responsible for the installation, debugging and maintenance of the networks and equipment they provide, and customers are responsible for the installation, debugging and maintenance of the terminal equipment accessed by their own networks.
6.5 The service commitments made publicly by the telecom company in the form of announcement outside this agreement will automatically become an integral part of this agreement, except for setting obligations for customers or unreasonably increasing responsibilities.
Article 7 Suspension and dissolution of the agreement
7. 1 Unless otherwise agreed, the customer may suspend the telecommunications business after paying the telecommunications fee, but shall go through the relevant formalities and pay the relevant fees during the suspension period.
7.2 Under any of the following circumstances, the telecommunications company may suspend providing some or all of the services agreed in this agreement to its customers, and charge the fees incurred during the suspension period: providing false or invalid customer information; Installing equipment that has not obtained network access permission or may affect network security or network service quality; Without going through the relevant formalities, changing the nature of the use of telecommunications services; Post-paid services have not been paid for more than 30 days after being notified; For prepaid services, the account balance is lower than that of 0 yuan or exceeds the agreed validity period.
7.3 Unless otherwise agreed, the customer can handle the cancellation or transfer of business only after paying the relevant telecommunications fees and corresponding liquidated damages, and this agreement is dissolved accordingly.
7.4 The telecommunications company may terminate the service and this Agreement in case of any of the following circumstances: the customer who obtained the right to use by way of guarantee violated the guarantee clause or there is definite evidence to prove that the guarantor is incompetent.
