It is reported that in order to improve the public's participation in the orderly rectification of road parking, since August 1, Zhengzhou has carried out joint law enforcement work between traffic police and urban management. At present, various incentive measures have been taken, such as free parking for the first hour, adding roadside parking spaces, developing temporary parking lots, and opening internal parking lots for "wrong parking".

From August 2 1, joint law enforcement work was officially launched, and illegal parking will be severely punished. Illegal parking vehicles will have a reminder period of 10 minutes, and the owner will face a "sticker" penalty if he does not leave within 10 minutes. If the owner refuses to cooperate, or the illegal parking of the vehicle seriously affects the traffic, the vehicle will be towed away.

Illegal parking in Chengdu means that the traffic control system first sends a reminder message to the owner of illegal parking, starting with the message sent by the communication operator for more than ten minutes. If the owner drives away within ten minutes, there will be no penalty for illegal parking. If the illegal parking doesn't move after ten minutes, the system sends the information again.

Ten-minute exemption from punishment is a flexible law enforcement measure implemented by Chengdu Traffic Management Bureau to "declare and cancel violations".
