1, check the mobile phone WiFi signal.

5. Reset network settings

Note: Resetting the network settings will clear the connection records such as WLAN, mobile data network and Bluetooth; Dual cards need to select the corresponding SIM card.
6. Restore all settings (please do this when you can't see the Reset Network Settings menu)
You can enter Settings-System Management/More Settings-Backup and Reset/Restore Factory Settings-Restore All Settings-Restore, Restore Settings Options.
This operation will not delete the software or files; It will only reset all setting options; For data security, important data can be backed up before operation.
Note: Enter Cloud Service-Device Cloud Backup-Backup Data Type-System Data-Back-Back up some backup system settings and desktop layout immediately; Cloud service-data synchronization-turn on WLAN and Bluetooth to synchronize data to cloud service.
7, service center testing
If the above methods can't help the recovery, it needs to be detected and handled by the customer service center.
